Who made this?
NopeNotes was built by independent developers obsessed with privacy. We grew tired of "secure" messaging apps that required phone numbers, email addresses, and contact syncing.
We wanted a tool that functioned like a digital whisper: heard once, and then gone forever. No accounts. No logs. No history.
Our code is transparent about what we do (and don't do), and our architecture ensures that even we cannot spy on your conversations.
Why is it free?
We believe privacy should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can pay for premium encrypted email services.
To keep the servers running, we use privacy-respecting contextual advertising. We do not sell your data (we don't have it!). We simply display relevant ads to support the infrastructure that keeps your secrets safe.
